A proud Bellus Academy alumna, she holds a professional certification in cosmetology and combines her technical expertise with a deep passion for hair artistry. For the past 12+ years, Toni has also served as a dedicated coach and mentor, helping aspiring stylists elevate their skills and confidence behind the chair.
